Anxiety is exhausting, and therapy can help.

When I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety the first thing I do is to try to get a good understanding of how you experience anxiety. This includes what anxiety looks like in your day-to-day life, how you’ve attempted to cope with it in the past, what has and hasn’t worked, and what your current biggest struggle is. We’ll develop a plan for the course of your therapy. You’ll identify goals you have for yourself and I’ll explain the steps we’ll take to get there.
